Our expertise extends from before the 1930s and grew with the acquisition of the Lee C. Moore Corporation in 1990, along with all their patents, designs, drawings, manufacturing techniques and know-how, engineering expertise, and experience. WCI, through its principals and staff, has many years of theoretical and practical experience in engineering disciplines, computer engineering disciplines, computer hardware systems, and application programs which have been applied on major projects around the globe. Our engineering and drafting departments have an average of more than twenty years experience. WCI is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and also owns manufacturing and assembly facilities in Liberty, Texas (operating under API license 8C), and in the Tulsa Port of Catoosa, Oklahoma (operating under API license 4F). Because WCI combines manufacturing with staging, test assembly, coating and documentation in our Liberty and Catoosa facilities, we are able to schedule components to our facilities from multiple source fabricators in a manner not affected by current workload or backlog, providing high-quality and on-time scheduling. WCI adheres to API quality control specifications, and follows specifications as outlined by AWS, ANSI, and ASTM. The current API Certificates of Authority issued to WCI were based on successful QA performance documented by the API audit of WCI policies, procedures, and specifications. That is, WCI designs and manufactures products in accordance with quality requirements outlined in API Specifications Q1 and 4F and 8C. WCI has regularly met certification requirements of Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, and other third parties as requested by customers. WCI's API-approved Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs can be extended to include appointed subcontractors through on-site inspections and through implementation of testing and documentation under the API 4F certification program. Our designs meet various specifications including American Petroleum Institute Standards 4A, 4D, 4E, 4F, and 8A; United States Coast Guard; American Bureau of Shipping; German Bureau of Mines; Norwegian Petroleum Directorate; Canadian Oil and Gas Lands Administration; United Kingdom Department of Energy; among others. | |||||||||||||
