With overall shifts in the industry and our customer’s ever evolving needs, we have broadened our services to include not only our products, but your products. From small prototypes to large production runs, we have the capabilities and skills to meet your fabrication needs.
We are capable of producing any size job and quantity you need. We will manufacture and quote one to one thousand parts and are able to make anything from small parts, brackets and braces to large cabinets, truck beds, storm shelters and metal platforms.
If it is made from steel, we can meet your needs. We process metals from 20 gauge to 2 inch in a variety of sheet sizes. Processing includes burning, punching, brake bending, sawing, drilling and welding.
This system allows our fabrication department the capability to cut up to 2 inch thick plates 5 feet x 10 feet wide. This system is a major advantage in quicker lead times and price reduction.
Our Hydraulic Press Brake gives us the ability to bend metal of varying thickness and material type. The parts are then used to develop finished products such as clamps, guards, covers and much more. Bending these parts instead of welding saves time and money.
The Vertical Mill features a vertically oriented spindle that holds, rotates and maneuvers the cutting tool against the stationary workpiece. This provides finished products with machined surfaces, drilled and bored holes, cutting slots and gears among other functions dependent on tooling and program.
Our four-roll hydraulic plate rolls will roll 1-3/8 inch thick by 10 feet wide mild steel. The four-roll system makes it possible to achieve a full cylinder at a single pass. Cylindrical, conical, oval, square/elliptical, triangle and half-cylinder shapes give us the opportunity to complete any option for any job.
