Project Types
We are capable of producing any size job and quantity you need. We will manufacture and quote one to one thousand parts and are able to make anything from small parts, brackets and braces to large cabinets, truck beds, storm shelters and metal platforms.
If it is made from steel, we can meet your needs. We process metals from 20 gauge to 2 inch in a variety of sheet sizes. Processing includes burning, punching, brake bending, sawing, drilling and welding.

Hypertherm XPR300 Plasma System
This system allows our fabrication department the capability to cut up to 2 inch thick plates 5 feet x 10 feet wide. This system is a major advantage in quicker lead times and price reduction.
Vertical Mill
The Vertical Mill features a vertically oriented spindle that holds, rotates and maneuvers the cutting tool against the stationary workpiece. This provides finished products with machined surfaces, drilled and bored holes, cutting slots and gears among other functions dependent on tooling and program.
Fabrication Welding
LCM-WCI’s welding and fabrication skills are second to none. We provide exible solutions that lead to shorter lead times and quality workmanship. Our employees and technicians are trained to the highest skill levels. Providing industry leading experience while certified in FCAS, GMAW/MIG, SMAW/Stock Electrode services.
